    CANCELLATIONS

    To make a reservation with KUSKANDES TREKK SAC ., you must pay an initial deposit of 50% on our website using any credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. «No additional charges with KUSKANDES TREKK SAC

    Unfortunately, all deposits are non-refundable as they are used to secure your reservation (by purchasing permits, entrance tickets, etc.).

    REMAINING BALANCE:

    GUEST CANCELLATIONS:

    Unfortunately all primary deposits are 100% non-refundable as we use this money to reserve your permits.     PRICES:

    Prices are per person and based on sharing a tent between two people. If you require a personal tent while camping, we will provide one for you at an additional cost.

    HOTEL ACCOMMODATION:

    All rooms are standard twin rooms (two single beds) with private bathrooms. We can arrange rooms with double bed on request. Hotel upgrades are available. Please let us know in advance of any updates/special requests so we can arrange this for you.

    TRANSFERS: We are one of the few companies in Cusco that offers totally free transfers at no additional cost from the airport to your hotel upon arrival and departure for your safety, comfort and convenience. Please, send us your exact arrival time of your flight for your pick up and transfer to your Hotel in advance.

    DURING THE TOURS

    Return train tickets from Machu Picchu are subject to availability. After the tour, the arrival time at your hotel depends on the availability of the train. KUSKANDES TREKK SAC reserves the right to reserve the most convenient trains for the group. If you must catch specific trains earlier or later, please let us know by email in advance.

    During the tours you must strictly follow the instructions of the official guides of All the Inca sites and places we visit have restrictions and must be followed. If you have any issues on the tours, please let your guide or office staff know to resolve any issues.

    If you are unable to continue your trek trips due to illness or injury, we will help you get back to the nearest medical center or your hotel.     Our group tours start with 2 people and a maximum of 16 people with 2 tour guides. If groups are larger than 16 people, a third guide will be provided. Group tours are open to everyone. You agree to travel with other travelers of different ages, countries and speeds when booking a group tour.

    All of our tour guides speak English and Spanish fluently. All of our tours are conducted in English unless special requests are made in advance.

    ASSUMPTION OF RISKS:

    Embarking on an adventure, such as the tours we offer, may involve the risk of illness or injury caused by the forces of nature, animals, insects and flora. By booking your trip, you acknowledge these risks and are voluntarily requesting to participate.

    RESPONSIBILITY:

    KUSKANDESTREK’s liability to Guests is limited to the total amount of money from the Guest paid only to KUSKANDES TREKK SAC KUSKANDES TREKK SAC shall in no way be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage suffered by the Guest, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

    APPLICABLE LAW:

    The laws of Peru will govern the use of this website, and KUSKANDES TREKK SAC customers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Peru on any dispute related to these Terms.
